Chamber seminar to help business make good hires

Hiring the Right Fit is the theme of the the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce's next informational seminar.

The event will held April 10 at the General Casualty campus, Building 100, Room 153, from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. 

Topics include:

**Defining your cultural needs

**Recognizing the current market

**Interviewing tips for getting the information you need

**Determining whether to hire-in talent or train existing employees and

**Attracting different generations

The session will be facilitated by Kimberly Bellefeuille, human resources development manager, and Jessica Moehr, human resources development analyst, for QBE.

The cost is $3 for Chamber of Commerce members and $10 for non-members. The fee will help cover refreshments and materials.
